3rd Party Recruiters - Azimuth has the ability to help you place contractors with your client companies at a reasonable cost.  Azimuth becomes the "employer of record" responsible for all related temporary employment matters. Our service includes all all associated payroll burdens and payroll funding costs. 

Client Company H.R. / Recruiters - Azimuth can work directly with you to create either a "Contract" or "Temp to Hire" program that works for you!  Azimuth becomes the employer of record, allowing your company the time needed to evaluate candidates on a temp to hire basis, without any obligation to hire as a direct employee.  We also serve as employer of record when you prefer to have a 3rd party W-2 employee on contract VS. a 1099 Contractor. This helps avoid IRS employment classification issues and helps minimizes potential co-employment liability claims.

Azimuth handles all payroll funding and accounts receivable aspects associated with the contract placement process.
